Jill is our Insurance Billing Supervisor, working within the insurance department since 1991.  She is a Pekin native and resides with her husband Chip, son Nick, daughter Alyssa, and their cocker spaniel Ally.  Jill enjoys spending time with her family whenever possible and is involved in her children's activities.  She loves to scrapbook and is a sports fan and enjoys watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball and the Green Bay Packers.

Jill started out in the insurance department processing Public Aid claims, before transferring to commercial insurance and patient accounts.  In August of 2006 she completed a coding course and received her Certified Professional Coders License (CPC).  Along with doing the coding and billing for The Women's Center for Health, Jill also works with our OB patients and their insurance to work out a payment schedule for their expected costs.  She also assists the office manager with the processing of delinquent and collection accounts.  Jill is available to help you with your insurance questions Monday through Friday.  Helping our patients to understand how the insurance process works and keep their out-of -pocket expenses to a minimum is very important to her.
