MEDICARE

The Women's Center for Health is a participating provider working directly with Medicare to promptly and efficiently process your claims.  We will need from you at the time of service your Medicare information and any supplemental insurance information.  You will be asked at your visit to sign a waiver of liability stating you assume financial responsibility in case Medicare does not cover your visit.  Any balance remaining that Medicare and your supplemental insurance does not cover will be billed to you.
