Our billing representative is Charmayne.  Charmayne has worked as a Public Aid billing processor since 1994.  She is available in the office during regular hours Tuesdays through Thursdays.  Charmayne works with patients to help them understand their obligations and benefits under this program.  She has developed a good working relationship with claims processors in Springfield which helps her complete claims in a timely fashion.  She enjoys assisting the patients in need of these services and helping them through a financially difficult period in their life.  Charmayne lives in Pekin with her husband, Rick, and their daughters, Holly and Abbey.  She has enjoyed watching her daughters cheer for Pekin High School and attending sporting events.   Her family likes to go boating and participate in anything connected with water sports.  They like to travel in the summer.

IDHFS

The Women's Center for Health is accepting patients who are enrolled in the Illinois Department of Healthcare & Family Services program.  Patients must present their current medical card at the time of their appointment.  Following the office visit a claim will be submitted to the State of Illinois for payment.  We also coordinate billing for those patients who have co-insurances as well as IDHFS.

IDHFS PINK CARD

PINK CARDS are issued to women age 19 to 44 who have lost their regular IDHFS cards through some qualifying event.  The only service covered by this program is for contraception.  Some women have been mistakenly issued PINK CARDS when they have already been sterilized and they are NOT eligible for services.  The Women's Center for Health is currently accepting IDHFS PINK CARDs for contraceptive services only.
